E明显是错误的。只能得出E这个比例是小于percent of people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever，由于这个比列是over 95%,所以无法得出结论小于95%

当percent of people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever 等于99% 或者98%时The percentage of people suffering from hay fever who also have asthma 很有可能大于95%
比如同时得两种病的人数为99人，1人只得了Asthma，2人只得了hay fever。
这样比例就是 99% 和 99/101=98%。
