Hey there!
For such questions you really should ask the schools you are applying to. Pay attention that English needs to be the SOLE language of instruction. So if a bunch of courses are in another language,, it’s a no go. And I’ve seen that some schools don’t like to accept non-TOEFLs from people who graduate from schools in English but in countries in which the mother tongue is not English. But really, your best bet is to email the schools directly.

我也是坑U的，不过毕业已经很多年了。我们坑U应该算是纯英语教学了吧。。。
我当时申请德国一个商学院的时候他们要我提供托福雅思成绩，我就解释说是英语教学，然后给了一个多年前的雅思成绩，他们也接受了。
在香港的大学生不是都可以免费考一次雅思嘛，你就去考考然后送雅思成绩不就行了~
