不太明白B。因为第一句话也没透露新的法案违宪呀？
如何与后面NEW Deal 违宪的事情是类比关系呢？

你说的对，第一句话没说新的法案违宪。所以答案B用的是imply, 作者的反驳中，暗示了两者的相似处，即unconstitutional.

没错。而且new law很有可能根本没违宪（not unconstitutional），但这不影响论证。

作者举出New Deal的例子是想说，你看尽管New Deal都违宪了，New Deal都是好法案，因为吧我国从经济危机的泥沼中解救出来。那更别说现在我们讲的new deficit-reduction law了。

举个极端的例子，
20年前偷东西的小孩子，被他的家长揍了，但孩子都长大变成了正直的人。
现在，小孩子偷了东西，家长生气了，把小孩ground在家不让出去玩，一帮傻缺邻居不爽了，却说那个家长虐待孩子。因此导致了品行恶略的熊孩子越来越多。

刚才上课跟老师也讨论了一下这道题，发现自己的盲点是对indiscriminate的理解的不到位。indiscriminate是”任意的“ 的意思，是贬义词。因此题目的两个例子类比的不是说2个法律都违宪，而是这两个法律都看似很不好。

看您的解释，感觉你非常善于举一反三，也许这就是逻辑题很强的原因。我从来没想过看完题再联想一下，受教了。
