答案是b，og说b能把工作环境和满意率联系起来，而d只是说员工不讨论不满意，不代表他们真的不满意。
可是我还是不能理解啊，在我看来b完全偏题了啊，b说一个正式，严肃的工作环境阻止了员工们交换能力，而这种能力是员工们认为是工作所必要有的。在我看来b只能说这个公司更可能成功，因为他们的制度可以让员工交换意见。而有没有这种能力完全没有证据可以表明跟离职率有关系啊？
在我看来d完全正确啊？全文就没有说满意率的问题，即使他们不满意了，但是不能讨论不满意也可以阻止员工离职啊？所以这家公司的这种制度可以使他们的离职率高于其他公司啊？？？？？？

只是说不能讨论啊。。。没说真的不满意啊。。。所以我不认为是削弱啊，我认为这是加强是因为如果不讨论的话有些负面舆论就不会被传播，，，而这在别的公司是有可能的，，，这就使得用这种制度的公司在减少离职率这方面强于其他公司。因为舆论控制的好？。。。

我之前quote的是你写的，highlight部分是你的理解。所以，你的逻辑是啥？

D的不讨论，不代表没有不满意。所以不满意了，即使不讨论，还是会离职。你说讨论会传播对公司的负面情绪，这里你要assume不满意情绪有传染性。

你自己觉得好吃的东西，别人说不好吃，你就不吃了吗？
