各位大神，这道题答案给的E，我明白。但死活想不通为什么B不对。
如果总人数下降很多的话，那即使人均增加，也可以不用进口啊。。求解。。。

However, as per capita income in Gortland has risen toward the world average, per capita consumption of meat has also risen toward the world average, and it takes several pounds of grain to produce one pound of meat.
