一道assumption题，题干虽然不难，但正确答案和OG解释真的觉得很费解，请教一下各位大神。

The average hourly wage of television assemblers toin Vernland has long been significantly lower than that in neighboring Borodia. Since Borodia dropped all tariffs on Vernlandian televisions three years ago, the number of televisions sold annually in Borodia has not changed. However, recent statistics show a drop in the number of television assemblers in Borodia. Therefore, updated trade satatistics will probably indicate that the number of televisions Borodia imports annually from Vernland has increased.

which of the following is an assumption on which the argument depends?

A The number of television assemblers in Vernland has increased by at least as much as the number of television assemblers in Borodia has decreased.
B Televisions assembled in V have features that televisions assembled in Borodia do not have.
C The average number of hours it takes a Borodian television assembler to assemble a television has not decreased signigicantly during the 3 years.
D The number of televisions assembled annually in V has increased signigicantly during the past 3 years.
E the difference between the hourly wage of television assemblers in V and the hourly wage of television assemblers in B is likely to decrease in the next few years.

看题后基本上可以秒排A\B\E ，我选的是D，其实也不严密。但是正确答案C选项真的是想不明白，答案解释的因果关系也觉得很莫名其妙，如果B装配工的平均用时没有减少很多，那为什么就可以得出从V进口的电视数量可能上升的结论呢？应该是B装配工的平均用时没有增加，才能得出这个结论吧，如果减少了很多，不是更可以证明B的电视装配满足不了市场需求，所以才从周边进口吗？感觉这个选项如果是not increase是不是更妥一点呢？

请各位大神赐教。。

如果B国装配工人装配一台TV用时大大减少了，那么也就说工作效率增加了，如此一来，工人数量就算减少，但是由于工作效率的增加，B国组装的总TV数也不一定会减少，也就不能推出B国会从V国进口更多的TV了
