Hey there,
So I think overall your self-analysis is pretty good. You have a great employer in your past, you have a great GMAT, but it’s not necessarily “blue chip” all the way. Which I think would mean sure you have a shot at M7, but definitely throw in some S16 schools in as well.
Stanford… I don’t know why you’d apply there. It’s not your classic bulge bracket school, and it’s very hard to get into. HBS would make more sense to me as a dream school. But that’s up to you. LBS NYU and columbia are of course all great choices, and there are more good schools out there in the S16.
Other than that what I’d like to add is that what can really change your profile is things that happen outside your work - volunteer work, political work, extra curricular activities… leadership… anything cool and unique and extra you have can make you build a more unique profile, and get better results.
