求助逻辑题啊，c为啥错

reasoning是这样的，检查只能筛掉5%的prospective的献血者，剩下95%的人检查不到，可是只有10%的actual 献血者会提供含肝炎病毒的血，有个词很重要，actual，楼主应该是遗漏了这个，actual也就解释了为何95%中只有10%最后会献成血，说明之前还有其它的检测步骤啊，所以答案肯定得围绕这个展开了，C本身其实已经是无关项了，而且，C说的是被低估，那就算5%变成10%,那最后不是还只是有10%的人么，C就无法解释了

谢谢啦，其实我还是有点没能明白。。they will still misstwo-thirds of donors carrying NANB hepatitis这句话是什么意思呢，跟前面有什么关系？不是说的检查出5%漏掉2/3，也就是这百分之5是1/3，然后所以漏掉的就是后面说的10%（2/3）的意思吗

disqualify 5 percent of ''all prospective'' donors，首先筛选掉的是''所有'有可能'携带病毒的人''中的5%，miss掉'真.携带病毒人群' 中的2/3，跟前面什么关系的话，应该就是前面all perspective 里的5%就是没有被遗漏的1/3吧。我没有把这几群人分的那么仔细

，但大意就是献的血里本该很多都是有毒，结果发现其实只有一点有毒
