86) If you could go back to some time and place in the past, when and where would you go? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.

When asked (being asked)about this question(which question? depict it), different people may give distinct answers. If I could go back to some time and place in the past, I would choose to return to my childhood in my hometown, a small but beautiful place located at China’s Zhejiang province. In the following discussion I would like to reason and provide evidence to support my viewpoint (seems unnecessary)

No issue is more important than the one that my hometown is a very beautiful and clean place. (it seems weird, maybe you can simplely describe: Above all, my hometown, in my opoinion, is the most beautiful and clean place I have ever seen.) Mountains full of trees surround the small town in three directions: north, south and west , and in the middle of which a clear river goes  through it in the middle. Many kinds of tall trees and beautiful mountain flowers grow in my town. The air quality there is very high compared with in big cities because there are no factories and autos to pollute the air. The water there is also very clean. Adults usually wash clothes or dishes at the side of the river and the water we drink also come directly from the river. (I have to say this paragraph is unattractive at all)

Another head and chief reason is that I felt very happy and lived without any pressure there. Every day after school I would have a lot of friends to play with. We climbed mountains, played games, chased small animals or swam in the river. Furthermore, since there were no skyscrapers or light pollution in my hometown, I could clearly see shining stars in the sky and made imagination about them. In the small town(In my hometown), I never felt pressure as I now have in big cities and never thought of earning a lot of money, buying a big house, or getting a decent job, etc. . All I had there is to enjoy my life.

Superior as my childhood in my hometown is, living there also brings me some disadvantages, such as not grasping computer or English well. Nevertheless, the merits carry more weight than disadvantages. So , therefore, the conclusion is most striking and obvious.

To sum up, given reasons discussed above, which intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive, I can safely reach the conclusion that if I could go back to some time and place in the past, I would choose to return to my childhood in my hometown. In fact, I even plan to move back to my hometown after retirement.
