Commentator: The theory of trade retaliation states that countries closed out of any of another country's markets should close some of their own markets to the other country in order to pressure the other country to reopen its markets. If every country acted according to this theory, no country would trade with any other.

希望有小伙伴可以帮我解释一下标绿这句话的意思。
结构我是可以看懂的，但是看不明白里面的逻辑关系，不明白为什么一个国家为了迫使别的国家打开市场，应该closed out of any of another country's markets，而做到这一点就需要close some of their own markets to the other country。

countries closed out of any of another country's markets这是一个countries＋后置定语啊！
你如果理解成“一个国家为了迫使别的国家打开市场，应该closed out of any of another country's markets”必然是句子没看懂。
should close才是countries的谓语动词
那些被其他国家的市场拒之门外的国家应该关闭一些其自己的市场对于那些（不对其开放市场的）国家以迫使这些国家对其开放市场－你不让我去你的市场赚钱，我也不让你来我的市场赚钱，直到你开放你的市场
