这道B中的which为什么能跳跃指代market，它不是应该指代离他最近的country吗？
还有这题所有格the country's $21billion book market 和the 21$ billion book market in the country 有没有区别啊？

我个人拙见：
只选择这几个选项中最好的答案。
A的错误是their不能代指the company。
C错误同A
D in its share 中的in，和from to 使用插入语形式不妥。
E to --- from 颠倒。

排除之后B没有their指代的用法错误。from --- to 的使用符合习惯。

至于跳跃指代，我个人的理解是它的正确性要视其他选择而定。也就是说，如果其他选项错误明显，这个跳跃指代说得过去，一般通常的解释就是，后面的obscure book等指明了which指代的是book market。
如果其他选项有更清晰的指代，那么又会解释说，这里的跳跃指代存在一定flaw。。

anyway，选择一个更为正确和符合表达习惯的选项，就对了。
