题目问ｉｄｅａｌ的含义？如何理解选择ｄ？
原文是however, such women CEO's are still rare.In addition, the ideal of six CEO's (female or male)serving on the board of each the largest corporatations is realizable only if every CEO serves on six boards.
恳请赐教！

注意其后面一句话，This raises the specter of overcommitment and .......dilution of the contribution.这里的this 应该是指满足了前面一句only if 的条件从而实现了所谓的ideal后将会raises。。。。。D项正是该句的paraphrase

其实第二段的大部分都是在讲chaires 的initial sought 如何难以实现，所以最终退而求其次从业外招人，据此也可以选出D项。
