先简单介绍一下自己：
国内某Top 985 211 工科本（北邮北航北理工这梯队)，2013年美国TOP100的ME PHD。GPA 3.8。TOFEL-102, GRE-1400。3年Corporate Strategy and Business Development full-time经历，在Automotive Industry。是一位新妈妈，终于熬到娃半岁大，准备再战GMAT。考试时间是April 8th, 2017，申请2018 MBA top 20。

看到宝宝每天练习发音，爬行，一点一点积累，我也不禁感叹人既要有远大的理想，也要有脚踏实地的勤奋。每日更新，以督促自己不要放弃！

1/3～1/4 笔记

做完OG17 Review & Verbal SC部分。把SC按照manhattan分为10个部分：
(1) Meaning, 正确率94%
(2) S-V Agreement, 正确率83%
(3) Sentence Structure, 正确率 75%
(4) Connecting Punctuation, 正确率 75%
(5) Modifiers, 正确率 67%
(6) Parallelism, 正确率 76%
(7) Comparisons, 正确率 69%
(8) Pronouns, 正确率 76%
(9) Verbs, 正确率 72%
(10) Idioms. 正确率 68%

总结完modifier错题。做完Native Speaker 82-01 科技。

很喜欢 Ron的这几句话：
You are much better off studying tons and tons and tons of examples than studying "rules".

Remember, our brains learn by imitation, not by algorithms. You'd be wise to follow suit. 通过对比例子来学习，而不是简单地记rules。

今天在看Manhattan CR讲解和Magoosh CR课，学到以下几点：
Background, Premise, Intermediate Conclusion, Conclusion, Counterpremise.

Premise是facts，claims，确凿的，不必质疑的。Conclusion是作者的观点。这两部分是core。

按照题型，能分为三类：
The structure-based family，其实就是boldface的题目，不必看题，也知道要找boldface roles. 答案都是abstract的。一旦掌握premise and conclusion, 就容易解题。

The assumption family: find the assumption | strengthen and weaken | evaluate the argument and find the flaw

find the assumption - 最重要的是会用negating technique. The assumption must be TRUE for the author to draw the conclusion; if not true, argument will be severely weakened. 这是因为not true可能severely weaken conclusion，我们才能用negating technique.
