我知道round to 是四舍五入的意思..这题的round up to 是四舍五入，还是直接入到整数位的意思（比如3.2分钟也算4分钟）？
有点困惑...

was rounded up to the nearest whole minute
根据文中整体的含义来吧。你的例子里面给的是was rounded up to the nearest whole minute.说四舍五入到整分数。个人认为，不一定是要到整数或者其他，完全根据to后面的限定范围来。
