bachelor of arts (3 years program) ？

I got my bachelor of arts ( 3 years program ) in Canada two years ago. Because I didn't study hard at the time, my gpa is about 2.6-2.8.... ....

because all the universities seem to require 4 year bahelor. can I apply for master propgram in USA?

I really don't know what I can do right now!

Pls help me out!
