考作文的时候，电脑会问你要打字还是手写，你选手写后，举手示意监考人，他们自会给你纸和笔。

oh, by the way, for me, they gave the paper and pencil to me before the reading part. i think. but they would warn you that it would be considered cheating if you take notes during the reading section.
