Hi，Cri，我完全没有看懂junk bond那篇文章，不是没看懂里面的文字，而是我根本无法理解金融文章的逻辑，比如我完全搞不懂债券市场和利率之间的关系，你能帮帮我吗？

债券价格和利率高低还有政府的货币政策相互有关联，一句两句也说不清，你可以百度一下，应该有简要的解释

One opinion is that the globalisation emerged in Adam Smith 's Wealth of Nations.though he didn't use this words.The market between American and Europe lead to the globanlisation.
Another opinion argues that the discovery accelerate the globalisation,and the globalisation really began in 19th century.The opinion irgnores the role of silver.
Some historians think that the globalisation can be trace back to the growth of trade and market integration between the Sumer and Indus civilisations of the third millennium BC.
Globalisation is not a one-way process.It may have a good time or dark time.But te globalisation plays an essential role in human's history.

他这边垃圾债券是因为最近的低利率从而使他之后再借债进行偿还更便宜吗？因而他的风险是能得以控制的？
