How should I do?

I got an offer (Ph.D. in Finance) from SUNY at Buffalo (2/14). It's a gift to Valentine's Day. However, they asked me to make a decision by March 3rd. Should I accept that since I also contact professors in other schools? Professors from other schools told me they won't make any decision by the middle of March. How should I do right now?

 I have the same problem with you. Mine is even earlier and I have to make a decision by Feb 25. The other schools that I have contacted told me that they will not make a decision till 3.15. I do not know what to do either...
