这句话说resource-based theory是对的，而这个理论在文章里头摆明了是反驳IT能够带来competitive advantages的，所以这句话支持resource-based theory，句中说并不是因为某个resource（不管这个resource多么economically valuable），鉴于文章没有另外和resource-theory相对的观点，显然就是在暗指IT.也就是说resource理论承认IT是economically valuable的，但是尽管如此也不能带来competitive advantages
