[求助]这两天复习遇到的疑问，pls help

1、这个是OG 346页 第二题

题目的意思不太懂啊，哪位翻译下^_^

2、……the effects of drug and alcohol abuse，which already cost……

不是说，n.，which 这个which指代的是逗号前面的名词吗，虽然cost不能用于单数，但我理解成drug and alcohol abuse为什么不行呢？

3、看下这句话是否有问题

twins是两个人，我觉得whose genetic endowments are the same更对啊？

E) if tourists will continue to visit game parks to see one after the animals' horns have been
