因此 原来的require：high tuition→现在的require：live in the neighborhood of the school to attend

希望达到的效果：使这种enter的机会不再局限于小众群体 rich people

那么要成立

必须live in the neighborhood of the school to attend是在原来的require下不能enter的人 可以达到的条件

否则没有effect

所以assumption是什么呢？就是那些穷人得要满足新的这个条件

不过同意你说的 其他选项干扰挺大的。我当时选C，我觉得in the majority of the disctrict不就是住在附近了么。。。。

感觉LSAT的干扰项要比OG厉害，不知道真题会不会这样
