原文: 1.大多数的ambitious politician不会去挑战那些以经选上的证府官员再次参加选举,除非他们表现出了易受攻击.

         2. 那些以经选上的且还要再次参加选举的证府官员们经常碰到挑战.

翻的不太好,不过就是这个意思.

1+2就能得出的是:"那些以经选上的且还要再次参加选举的证府官员们经常碰到挑战"不是来自那些ambitious politician.
