In a certain flower shop that stocks four types of flowers, there are 1/3 as many violets as carnations, and 1/2 as many tulips as violets. If there is an equal number of roses and tulips, what percent of the flowers in the shop are carnations?

key: 60%

黄色的部分不理解，它是说violets = 1/3 carnations 呢？还是说 1/3 violets = carnations?

答案perfer the former understanding, but i prefer the latter...

今天作第一套数学明明答案都对拉。只有47，不知为啥

PRINCETON 数学分数有点问题的，藕第一套也没错，可是只有49。

另： ARE U VERY SURE THAT VIOLETS = 1/3 CARNATIONS??

there are 1/3 as many violets as carnations <==> violets  = 1/3 carnations. 藕把她当成rule记下来了，其实读起来还蛮对的。
