描述自然现象、统计数据、实验结论、客观事实的时候用一般现在时
PS：同样需要注意的是在描述法律规定的时候定语从句要用Ving形式
额，这是一道prep语法题，本应该在语法区问，但是貌似jj区人烟旺盛些。。求教PS那句解释是什么意思？哪位举了例子好不好？！谢谢！

laws / rules 等 后面加 V-ing形式

就是说 法律后面一般要用Ving 形式。

比如 ：The law regulating XXX
不用 ：The law that regulates XXX
