24吧，4*3*2*1。因为第一个人可以给固定了，所以前面不用乘以5.

先当成一排，则5个人全排列（A55），120
但是圆圈的话谁是头谁是尾没有区别，等于算了5次，即再除以5，得24

为毛我每次回答的都是更笨更土的办法...
