题目：A事件概率0.6，B事件概率0.5，问A,B都不发生的最大概率


答案是0.4


请教各位对类似的题有什么见解，考试时此类的题会考到什么深度？

这条题目其实是考集合。当B包含与A的时候，概念最大。故为1-0.6

Pa + Pb-Pab + P a(not)b(not)= 1

for the above question:

P a(not)b(not)= 1- Pa - Pb + Pab = 1-0.6-0.5+0.6*0.5=0.2

what's wrong here? anybody can help?

snazzy, 你说得是一种情况。题目问的是最大可能。

0.4的答案是对的，1-0.6=0.4，这个是最大的概念，就是b事件永远发生在a事件发生的时候，才有最大的概率。


0.2的答案是计算a,b都不发生的概率的问题。计算的是概率而不是最大的概率。


其实本题问概率有些误道，应该问发生的可能。

P a(not)b(not)= 1- Pa - Pb + Pab


本题问最大概率，前三项是定的，只有Pab可变，求其最大值，当一旦发生B，必发生A，Pab为０．５，最大，


这时得出0.4


本题的核心在于Pab可变
