正确答案是Ｅ，但是我选了Ｄ．　

我觉得Ｅ中consuming 做状语，跟主语CUTWORM MOTH 逻辑主语搭配不当， open to discuss

D选项中，they和them逻辑上分指不同的东西，所以指代不一致

E选项里，consuming是做bear的状语也就是修饰overturn，不是修饰The army cutworm moth ，如果分不清现在分词的逻辑状语或者比较模糊，但是D选项的错误是非常明显的
