A的话，我感觉是用了that的跳跃修饰，跳跃前面的介词of，that修饰colonies。as well as也是平行的。
D的话，主要感觉这个them指代有点奇怪，them只能指代前面的bumblebees，但是这么说的话，语义很奇怪，什么叫bees住在一个colonies，这个colonies有很多的bees。
感觉正确的语义是bumblebees 住在colonies，这个colonies有很多的queens和workers。

首选看开头一词， of that having with, C having several hundred What? 排除， D that have several hundred of them 语法上没错，但是读起来awkward, E live with several hundred, 句意错了，大黄蜂和别人住一起么？
AB 用 of 正确表达句意，再看后半部分，B说 often many of them being queen, gmat中你看到being直接pass掉不敢说100%正确，80-90%的正确率绝对是有的，这里完全不需要用being. 所以去掉B. A 句意明确，最简短
