95 Some people think governments should spend as much money as possible exploring outer space (for example, traveling to the Moon and to other planets). Other people disagree and think governments should spend this money for our basic needs on Earth. Which of these two opinions do you agree with?   Obviously, more and more countries spent the money and designed many plans on the exploring the outer space suck as launched rockets and spaceship into the outer space and established professional organization like NNAS. The cost of that is extraordinary high and governments focus on that in order to search potential and valuable resource to replace the lacking resource which we used now and occupy the domination of outer space. However, some people contradict taking such tremendous money to discover cosmic. To be more specific, they revealed countless people in the some developing country did had sufficient necessities to sustain their life. They lacked food and clean water and their children hardly had chance to receive the education. When survive still had serious problem, how can we spent enormous money to explore the out space? I also hold this view, the reason for that I will illustrate in the following paragraphs.

  When you face the children who only wear dirty underwear, begging for a little food, did you sympathize with them? Undoubtedly, most of people would say yes. This is severe problem which is present in front of whole humans. Every year there are more than 1 million people died for starvation. In this situation, more and more people noticed it and willing to solve it in their own way such as devotion on philanthropic enterprise. The governments also should do this kind of things like contribution large number of food and money instead of space plan which is not essential enough to do now.

  In addition, education is the most common and practical method to obtain the knowledge. In the school, the teacher demonstrated a lot of professional knowledge that render you effectively get achievement, moreover, the classmates helped you to solve the problems and get more information. This period of time is fundamental and significant element of the life even determines the person’s future. Unfortunately, thousand of children in the poor place barely had opportunity to participate in education. There are various reasons for that, more obviously, their family is too poor to afford the fee, more severe, and there are some regions where none of any school locates in. In this circumstance, is it possible that exploring the outer space can solve these?

  Sophisticated technologies which have been used for connecting such as cell phone, internet spreads widely around you and me. They played the essential roles in our daily life, we are used calling others by phone and obtaining the news from the internet. On the contrary, the only way to connection is face to face in some region where didn’t build the equipments for connecting because that need to cost large amount of money which the local government rarely had ability to afford it. The severe result for that is people will be isolated from world render them hardly adopt the development of society. The government can spend a little part of the money which used in exploring on helping them to go out of this circumstance.
