Some people say that advertising encourages us to buy things we really do not need. Others say that advertisements tell us about new products that may improve our lives.

 

   Have you ever feel serious headachy for the advertisements the stuff you can see everywhere? During the past twenty years, different kinds of advertisements had begun to exert a great worldwide influence over people’s life. The great quantity of advertisement, which fills our emotions, environments and life styles, sometimes is overwhelming, so that it brings less convenience to people. As a result, people think that advertising is a waste of time and misleads consumers. 

  However, we have to admire that advertisement also has a lot of advantages. As the medium of production and consumer, there is no doubt that advertisement plays a sensible effect between the goods delivery and the purchasing power. In addition, advertisement provides a great communication terrace for both production and consumer. That’s why I consider that advertisement is not a thing wasting time or giving wrong ideas to consumers. On the contrast, ads act a necessary role in our modern society.

   Advertisement is an energetic tool which can make propaganda for the production itself to get more opportunities. Based on the Ads through variety mass median, such as TV, radio, flyer and so on, the production will be well known by the consumers spontaneously, which is a good opportunity to dominate the market, providing a good social environment and prospect for this good. A typical example is a famous nutriment called Gaizhonggai, its advertisement slogans blotted out the sky and covered up the earth before coming into the market. So it is not wired that the stuff owned a pleasant price once it was released. Then the excellent effect gives people a good impression and it is still one of the best products. Actually we need distribute this to the Ads which help lead Gaizhonggai into the market and people get know it quickly.

   Moreover, it gives a precious chance for the consumers to get in touch with the fine stuffs and have more choices, although it is no need to stay in markets. Once you turn on TV or radio, or you just scrap a paper, you can find out a superb collection of advertisements which have a bunch of stuff in it. You will be surprised that you can find one hundred sorts of the thing you need with several additional functions, at the same time, you will be pleased with the convenience the Ads bring to you. Once my teacher required all students to buy a certain kind of math work book, which really annoyed me, since I had to finish other more important work first, what was worse, I would not have any time left after finishing that work and I had no clue where the book was on sale. So I had to ask help from Ads. To my surprise, I found the store which had the work book. Advertisement helped me settle the problem conveniently.

   In a conclusion, the advertising does neither wasting time nor misleading people. It helps production and consumer solve a lot of problems. Anyway, it makes our society more comfortable and shortcut.
