题目是说应不应该在小孩很小的时候就规划好一切 大家尽管批评喏 Parents always tend to prearrange offspring's future when they are still a small child, convinced that an early plan would, more often than not, guarantee a splendid future and would somewhat acquire a security feeling. At the first glance, it may sounds to some extent, reasonable. However, a further investigation would conclude that it scarcely do any good in the long run. I will detail my reasons as follows.
For one thing, parents should be aware of the ever changing world. Technological advancement has enabled a fast-pacing society that nobody predict what is coming in the next decade. In this sense, a early plan would otherwise failed in the near future for it may not meet the challenging demanding of the current edge, and thus, children are more likely surpassed by their peers for all their schemes . Just think about the computer science, those who favored this discipline several years ago may have switched to other professionals.
For another, parents may not sufficiently aware of their children's talents when still very young. A following story may shed a light on this point. Children, who showed interest on certain subject, say, painting, may gradually lose her focus on this theme and soon announced she would give up all built plans. Thus, it may cause great waste on what have injected both economically and emotionally.
In additional, young parents are, in most cases, not professional decision makers and their irrational plans will include biased emotional factors. A young mum who failed her dreams on becoming an artist will then impose this unfinished fantasy on her daughter who showed no interest in this region at all, and would not concentrate on this subject as her mother expected, thus lead to a dull future.
In the final analysis, for all the reasons mentioned above, parents should by no means make a too early and immature decision which may probably become obstacles for their children's development. |
