Highlight Content in the Reading Part

When I used the Kaplan Software, I could highlight the sentences in the reading section (the sentences changed to red). However, when I practiced in the Longman Software, I could not highligh key words or something. What is the actual TOEFL test like? Can I highlight some words or sentences in the reading section by using the mouse?
