Take KPMG as an example:

The ideal career path for an auditor in KPMG:
Intern(21)——Associate(23)——Assistant manager(26)—— Manager(30)—— Senior Manager(36)—— Salary Partner(44)—— Equity Partner(52)—— Got enough money, had no incentive to work, retired and enjoyed the rest of your life(60)

In your career, you have to work, in average, about 12-14 hrs each day in busy seasons(November-mid May every year), including Saturday and Sunday, meal time not included, since you enter the firm.
You will suffer great pressure when you are a manager(30-43).
It's very difficult for people from Mainland, China to become a parter.

There's another career path, which i suggest some of you to try.

The ideal career path for a typist in KPMG:
Intern(21)——Typist(23)——Department Secretary(25)——Partner Secretary(27)——Partner's mistress(28)——Partner's wife(29)—— Partner's ex-wife(32)——Got enough money, had no incentive to work, retired and enjoyed the rest of your life(32).
You start work at 8:30, and leave the office at 17:30. No overtime needed.

So, girls i've pointed out a way for u. Understand what to do? Be a typist!
