已取得加拿大的PR, 因此得念加拿大的大学；几个问题。

我的情况是这样的：我已于去年取得了加拿大Permanent Residence，但是想深造一下再在那边找工作什么的，顺便也度过这2，3年的移民期。因此，我去年短登之后就回国了，今年准备了GMAT考试，也在准备申请的材料。有几点问题，我想咨询一下：

1。像我这样情况应该还是算International Students的吧，如果是International Students是不是不能申请Part Time的MBA专业？PR也不可以吗?

2。学校在录取时候，PR身份对录取是否有什么不利影响？

3。我对加拿大学校了解不多，好像在北美排名也不高，前面好的学校全部是美国的。我刚刚浏览了一个帖子，好像选择想去UBC的比较多，请问是UBC最好吗? 还有人跟我说Ivey和Rotman是加拿大最好的。。。

恳请有识之士回答，小弟不慎感激！

我不了解目前加拿大的政策，简单说几句美国的供你参考。

1，有美国绿卡，申请美国的学校，是非国际学生pool，在考虑的时候，名额上算在美国本土学生之内，轮次上可以一直到最后一轮（最后一两轮一般是仅仅给美国本土学生的）。

2，美国学校在录取的时候，绿卡没有任何不利影响，就是看你申请的学校哪个pool更大，竞争更激烈而已。

3，具体不了解，但是IVEY是非常好的，rotman其实一般，但是UT学校本身足够好。

BTW，你的情况如果申请加拿大的学校应该学费低廉。：）

Some famous Cananda MBA programs include: Ivey, Toronto, UBC, York, Mcgill, Alberta and Calgary.

if you are a PR, you are cosidered domestic student....not international.....and lower tuition too...

Ivey > UT imo....

One more concern: Are there any other specific differences other than tuition fee between International Students and Domestic Students, such as the timing of application, materials preparation and so forth...you know, my previous education and working experience were all completed in China and I am in China now.
