很受用，但是对于有状语从句的情况还是很疑惑。想问下楼主这一句要怎么取非“Without the incentives offered by federal income tax laws, at least some wealthy individuals would not donate as much money to charitable and educational institutions as they otherwise would have.” without需要变化吗？

我理解的取非是变成“Without the incentives offered by federal income tax laws, all wealthy individuals would donate as much money to charitable and educational institutions as they otherwise would have”但是不知道without直接放在这里对不对？

对的。这种句子翻译成中文取非就很简单。

原句：没有税收好处，至少有些人会比以前捐的少。
取非：就算没有税收好处，大家还是会跟以前一样捐款。
