Should I participate Ivey's pre-program?

I am invited to attend a pre-program of Ivey which is designed for international candidates. The problem here is I am in Vancouver, but the program in Toronto. 11 days full-time program could enhance the chance to secure the admmission ticket. But no promise for it. at least CAN$3000 for my cost.
