我也是刚刚上来找这道题的解释，来跟你说说我的想法。
1. 很多折扣店倒闭了是因为竞争不过SpendLess这个折扣店。（Weaken）
2. 自从Colson 开了之后很多店因为竞争不过关闭了（SUPPORT会有新开的店铺）
3。在这些这些关闭了的店的地方新开了店铺。

答案B：这些新开的店铺是折扣店，说明原来倒闭的不是因为竞争不过SpendLess，不然就不会还接着开折扣店了。

我不知道对不对，权当抛砖引玉了
