请教关于not only, but的问题~~急！！

我记着我以前好像看到过not only, but对的情况，有这回事么？还是我记错了……
一定要有also么？？？

再问个问题，倒装的时候：not only did N。。。but also did。。。这样不补出主语对吗？我好像见过的都是but  N also did。。。或者but also N did。。。

嗯嗯这个我知道哈 我是问倒装的时候主语可不可以省略？就是not only did sb..., but also did...我常见到的好像都是but sb also did...或者but also sb did...

哎呀 我刚看到个寂静 Not only does Earth have a lot of surface water,           v+ed（某个动词过去分词）in it. 没有含but also的选项，有and和but两种开头的选项

Not only but also的知识点见寂静34，but also中的also可以省略

好像没有规定倒装时不能省略also吧？？？
