我明白了，是选C，如果对D取非是不能削弱原结论的，就算没有大学学历的人的平均工资也涨了，那么肯定不会影响对总平均工资的增长。

而C是说高学历有较高的工资不是因为这些高学历的人太少的缘故。取非的话，也就是说高学历有高工资是因为这种人少，那么原argument说随着高学历的人增多，平均工资就不一定会增长
