首先题干是judges不是teachers，然后M说虽然提高工资却限制了讲座和授课的收入是情况没有改善作用，这是对每一个judge来说的。而P说因为讲座和授课的judge人数few，都是拿工资而工资提高了，所以不会有影响，这只是现在的情况，题干中说目的是吸引优秀求职者，所以不能保证以后的Judge不会讲座和授课。B中的change是指提高工资却限制讲座和授课收入，而B 认为cause和effect指很少的judges会讲座和教课，显然这不是原因，也不是影响，而是为了反驳M所说的影响的一个理由。E完全不靠谱
