请教关于“听写”细节上的疑问

是一字不错，顺序也不错地把每个单词都写下来吗？还是只要实词对，或者不影响意思，中间连接的不重要的虚词不用抠？

举个例子（一时找不到特别好的例子）
比如 once you are a little more familiar with basic film terminology, we will be ready to look at the history of movies in the United States.

方法1： 完全听写到一模一样的程度。但是这样每句话都要听很多遍，而且感觉在抠一些虚词上面是不是有点浪费时间？
方法2：once you get more familiar with basic film terminology, we'll look at the history of movies in the US.
忽略了“a little” "be ready to "
