之前还在纠结者B还是C的问题.现在觉得有点转过来了, 这个问题的重点是:新方法的cost-saving体现在耐用,减少了重复手术.  
B是比较干扰我的一个选项.B的意思是随着这项新技术的引入, 这个新的手术的材料成本的减少金额. 注意! 这完全是irrelevant选项.
