小女子急跪求口语复习建议！！

CD论坛上的大牛小牛牛牛们来帮我看看！我于10月9日第一次考了托，成绩非常很糟糕，分别是R22,L20,S22,W20,TOTAL84
之后我看了ETS对我的点评，总结出很大的问题是词汇量不够丰富，甚至是贫乏，集中表现在口语和作文上。可是我又不能把大块的时间花在背单词上，因此我恳请大家给我一些复习的建议，由于我现在已经是大四的学生了，已经在着手申请了，想在deadline之前再考一次托福，已预订2011年1月8日的考位。
我本人英语水平坦白说并不差，在大学班级里也算是中上吧。四级584，六级585.可是在准备去US的过程中一次又一次地被打击，GMAT620,TOEFL84,以至于开始严重地怀疑自己的英语水平。。。
对于报班（如新东方），我一是没有充分的时间，二是我在复习GMAT的时候去上海上过暑期班，感觉帮助并不大（也可能是由于我自身的原因没有掌握老师教的要领）
真诚地请求大家能够帮我这个忙，给我一些复习的建议，我真的很想在第二次托福中找回自信，请大家一定帮忙吧~谢谢了！

我觉得你的问题并不在口语上 而是在其他三项  很多中国学生口语都拿22 包括很多高分考生
楼主我觉得你还是好好练练其它的吧 提高空间更大些

大家帮忙就我的情况在各个项目的复习方面给些建议吧~
我的初步计划是
2周 单项练习，分别是早上阅读和口语各1hr，下午听力和作文各1.5hr，（包括做题和分析）晚上单词
3周 综合练习，每天一套TPO，做题+分析
最后2周 总结汇总，保持一定的练习量，但不以练习为主，而是以总结为主
我现在还有一个问题就是第一阶段和第二阶段练习用的材料都是TPO，不知道这样是否合适？
请各路牛牛们给些意见和建议啊~~~不胜感激！！！
