这题做过好几次，以前都有做对，答案都记得了，今天再看，突然绕晕了。。。快给我讲讲吧

最后一句话是结论，说去掉这个关税，会严重的妨碍未来5年政府降低城市失业率的努力

解释一下就是：政府要做的是让失业率下降， 去掉关税会妨碍，就是说，失业率无法下降，而要选的是weaken，就是说不会使“失业率无法下降”，即：失业率还是会下降的。。。。

那么只要找出能让失业率下降的选项就可以了

可是E是让失业率上升的~~~

不知道我哪一步绕错了？怎么绕的结果反了呢！快来帮我绕出来吧~~

谢谢我看了你在那个帖子里的回复了，你对E项的理解和我是一样的，我没啥疑问。问题是题干的最后一句话我理解的是取消关税会不使失业率下降。。。那weaken就是“取消关税会不使失业率下降”是错误的，那就是应该找失业率下降的选项才对啊。麻烦你能再帮我分析一下那句话好不。。。我已经绕进去了

你的理解是正确的。如果能找到一个选项证明取消关税会导致失业率下降，那肯定是选那个选项了。关键是本题没有这么个直接的选项给你。

对argument进行一次推导：因为取消关税会阻碍降低失业率的努力 <--等同于--> 所以为了能够降低失业率我们不应该取消关税。E则是对这个推导结果进行了weaken，从而也weaken了argument。
