请教一个关于必要条件的问题

Human intelligence is not possible without human emotions.A computer is something that can never have emotions,so for that reason alone a computer will never be able to display intelligence.

答案是E.Being intelligent requires the capacity to have emotions.

第一句的intel is not possible without emotions.是不是就是说emotions 是 intel 的必要条件？intel-->emotions？

如果这样的话，原文的推理就是正确的咯？那么E就是第一句的意思咯？是不是这样呀？

因为上面一题和这一题，我对 A is not possible without B ,A is impossible without B 能不能推出 A-->B产生了怀疑。

这个18题，原文的推理（do science-->measure--> select.所以select is arbitrary-->science is arbitrary），和A选项的推理（develop skill-->long hours。develop skill-->perform。所以long hours are tedious-->perform is tedious）不一样呀。sos～

又或者A和原文的pattern相似的地方不是必要条件和逆否，而是A-->B,so A is X-->B is X？
