Some people prefer to live in a small town. Others prefer to live in a big city. It is a difficult choice for everyone to make a decision because that will influence their daily lives. Although living in a small town or a big city all has pros and cons, I would like to live in a big city. My viewpoints will be listed as follows.

The first reason for my propensity to this argument is that it is more convenient to live in a big city. When living in a small town , people have to drive a long way to buy foods and other necessities. However people who live in a big city only spend a few minutes buying what they want .Moreover, it is easier for students to buy required textbooks in the bookstore, go to cram schools, and find helpful things to their learning process

The second reason why I make the choose lies in the fact that living in a big city give me a better chance to find a good job. In Taiwan, young people always want to go to Taipei because the payment is higher there and job opportunities are much more than any other places in Taiwan .Furthermore, working in a competitive city will stimulate people to horn their working skills and thus their working abilities such as communication skills and problem-solving skills are much better.

There is still a subtle reason why I support this point that living in a big city will add up the chance to meet people from other countries 这个长句好像有点问题，你再仔细看看. In New York, Tokyo, and other big cities, you can make friends from different countries and thus know more about the culture, business, and society in their countries. Moreover, it is helpful to understand a issue from other aspects when you discuss with them about the same topic .

In summary, although living in a big city still has some drawbacks such as air pollution, traffic jams , and so on .The benefits of living in a big city still overweigh the advantages of living in a small town . Therefore, I would prefer to live in a big city which can offer me a convenient, diversified, and hopeful place to live in.
