13. Each of three charities in Noval Estates has 8 persons serving on its board of directors. If exactly 4 persons serve on 3 boards each and each pair of charities has 5 persons in common on their boards of directors, then how many distinct persons serve on one or more boards of directors?
我的理解：NE有3个慈善机构，每个慈善机构委员会中有8人。4个人同时服务于3个委员会。每2个委员会中有5个人是相同的。问的是服务于一个或更多的委员会的人数是多少（就是求人的总数）

2 怎么做这类题？看着好像应该不难得啊？
这类题我的做法就是画图（可是我不会在这里话，就说好了）
画3个圈，根据题义3圈的公共部分是4，每两个圈的公共部分是5（所以除去3个的公共部分，每两个圈的公共部分应该是1。因为没个委员会都有8个人，所以除去所有公共部分之外的每个圈里还剩2人。所以最后的答案是4+1+1+1+2+2+2=13人。
