我觉得这题的E存在歧义的，会使人感觉是不是修饰主语，但是按照这里的意思是修饰local time。。

所以我觉得是B比较对吧。。或者我错在哪里啊？

那请教一下，如果local times是表示当地时间是复数？如果是的话。B中改了which were  ved

and which ved是不是最好？

哦，愿意E当中的最后一个逗号后的to是lead  to ,and to ..刚看明白。。谢谢
