求助两道数学题！（觉得OG给的官方答案有误？）

我现在做的事OG12.
1. The price of lunch for 15 people was $207.00,
including a 15 percent gratuity for service. What was
the average price per person, EXCLUDING the
gratuity?
(A) $11.73
(B) $12.00
(C) $13.80
(D) $14.00
(E) $15.87

OG给出的答案是B. 算法：设刨除小费的总价为x。（1+15%)x=207, 然后得出x/15=12。
我做出来的答案是A. 算法：207*（1-15%）再除以15. 请大侠指出为什么我的算法是错误的？

2. Data Sufficiency的一道题
If n is an integer, is n even?
(1) n2 – 1 is an odd integer.
(2) 3n + 4 is an even integer.
答案是每个条件都满足。
我的疑惑是如果n为0，那么哪个条件都不满足了。请大虾指教！
