这道题目答案我可以选出来。但是我对题干中的最后一句话有疑问。We will be able to solve the problem we face, therefore, only if we adopt this plan. 是指We will be able to solve the problem we face----> we adopt this plan啊。并不是我们应该理解的那样：只要我们这样做就可以解决问题。

但是A only if B不是应该：A-->B吗？这个就和ls的说法相反了啊。

另外，就算是按照ls的理解，题目中是说adopt this plan 就是solve the problem的必要条件吗？题目中哪一句话提到了？我没有找到啊……
